Omsom Saucy Noodles were released into the world in May 2023 and deemed "the best instant noodles" by Food and Wine.
I was integral in guiding flavor development, and implementing improvements based on various stakeholders feedback. I worked across all four SKU's and ultimately traveled with the sales team to sell them into retail! I also assisted in marketing, by way of copy writing, food styling, package design review, content creation and more.
