For a Fish Wife x Omsom collab, I created a jumeokbap recipe called Smoky Gochujang Salmon Rice Balls. My goal was to create a fun, easy snack that utilized tinned fish + Omsom sauce. 

For a Our Place x Omsom collab, I created a Mala Steamed Fish recipe for Lunar New Year. This was complemented by a storyboard I created that explained the symbolism of a whole fish in a new Lunar year.

For a Gotham Greens x Omsom collab, I created a vegan sticky tofu bites recipe, with Gotham Greens Spicy Vegan Ranch dip. It is a savory and addictive vegan dish to be eaten with sticky fingers! 

For an Our place x Omsom collab, I created a Shrimp Chip nachos recipe. It celebrates third-culture cuisine by rejoicing in the delight of fusion cooking. It is accompanied by a think piece I researched + edited on fusion food.
